  1. After you have sent an invitation to take a course as a Manager, you have the option to re-send the invite. Learners are commonly re-invited because they can’t find the invitation in their email inbox or because the original invitation they received has expired. Note that Learners who have already accepted an invitation can’t be re-invited.
  2. First, log in to the system and confirm that you are logged in under the “Manager” role in the system. If you are not logged in as a Manager in the system, click the dropdown arrow and select the “Manager” role instead.
  3. Once logged in as “Manager” select the “Courses” tab at the top of the screen to preview the course(s) you have been enrolled in as “Manager”
  4. Click the title to the course for which you would like to re-send an invitation and you will be re-directed to the “Buy Credits & Invite Users” tab.
  5. Locate the invite you would like to re-send from the list of sent invites. Use the “Search” option to help locate the invite by email when there are many invites in the log.
  6. Once you have located the invite you wish to re-send, use the three vertical dots to the right of the invite entry to pull up the invite option menu.
  7. If this menu does not appear, it means that the invite cannot be re-sent. Check the “Status” to discover the reason it is no longer available.
  8. Once the menu is selected, you will be given the option to “Re-Invite User” or “Cancel Invite”. We recommend confirming the spelling of the email address before re-sending to ensure there are no typos (which may explain why a Learner never received a missing invitation). Once confirmed, select “Re-Invite User”.
  9. If the email address is incorrect, select “Cancel Invite” to cancel the mistyped entry, get the credit back, and then send a new invitation to the correct email address.
  10. To confirm the re-invitation was successful, you can verify that the green pop-up designating success appeared in the top-right or by verifying the most recent activity in the “Last Updated” section of the invite entry where it should indicate “Re Invite” as the last update.

When you subscribe, you have two payment options: yearly or monthly.

You are given the total credits if you pay for the entire year upfront. A proportionate amount of credits is atomically added on the renal date if you pay monthly.

For example, if you subscribe to the growth plan and choose the yearly payment option, you will receive 500 credits. If you choose the monthly payment option you will receive 41 credits per month. Unused credits are automatically rolled over to the next month as long as you maintain a subscription.

If you use more than the allocated credits in your plan you can purchase additional credits. To purchase additional "universal" credits, you must be an admin in the portal.

1. Once logged in and in the "Admin" role from the Dashboard, you will click "Assign Credits."

2. Next, you will click "Purchase Credits" on the left. Enter the number of credits you wish to purchase, scroll through and accept the terms, then click "Purchase."

3. You will then be redirected to a Stripe payment portal to process payment. Once payment is completed, the credits will be added to your pool.

Mock collection for drug and alcohol testing training through the course by following the instructions in your final assignment. A mock collection, also referred to as an "initial proficiency demonstration" or simply "mock," is conducted under the supervision of a qualified instructor. This exercise ensures you possess the necessary skills to collect specimens or perform tests accurately according to established procedures.

Mock collections are typically carried out via video conference. For these sessions, known as "dry" collections, you do not need another person present. Ensure you have the training materials, which usually take 3-5 days to arrive. Please note that alcohol testing training supplies are not included in the training fee and must be purchased separately.

Learners will require a reliable internet connection, a computer, a webcam, and audio capabilities to enable the instructor to observe and communicate with them effectively.

During the virtual training, the instructor will guide you through the entire process, including:

  • Accurately completing necessary paperwork;
  • Handling challenging scenarios such as dry bladder situations or test refusals;
  • Addressing any questions from other course sections;
  • Training on the proper chain of custody procedures;
  • Discussing relevant federal or state laws.

Upon completing the required mock collections, you must submit the forms filled out during training as a single PDF, and the instructor will review these documents to ensure they are complete, correct, and error-free. If any issues are found, the instructor will reject the assignment and provide instructions for correction. After making the necessary adjustments, rescan the forms and re-upload them to the same assignment, and after completing all required steps, a certificate will be awarded.

Our LMS Subscriptions allow for unlimited users and come with a designated number of credits every month or year depending on which subscription plan you select.

Key Takeaways

  1. One credit is equivalent to one course enrollment for one user.
  2. Every course requires only one credit to enroll one user.
  3. Every subscription comes with a base number of universal credits which can be supplemented by purchasing additional at a per credit a la carte price or by upgrading to a higher tier.
  4. Universal credits can be earmarked for a particular course by assigning them through our "allocate credits" feature.
  5. The "allocate credits" feature is useful for setting up Managers in the system who will send their own invites and monitor their own Learners' progress.
  6. If you run out of credits, you will not be able to register new enrollments.

Universal Pool of Credits
Your portal has a universal pool of credits that replenishes as needed. This universal pool can be used to allocate towards any individual course credits. For example, if you had 10 credits in the universal pool, you can allocate all 10 to the DOT Supervisor course or 5 to one course and 5 to another, etc. or choose not to allocate any and let the system automatically deduct credits when registered manually.

Allocated Credits

Once universal credits are allocated to a course they can then be used for manual enrollments (i.e. registering an existing user or creating a new user and registering them when you are logged in as the admin). To accomplish this, simply find the User in the "Users" tab, use the three dots to the right of their name to "View Profile" and then select "Enroll User".

These credits allocated to an individual course can also be given to individual managers who are registered to the course. To do so, from the Admin role, first verify there are the necessary number of credits allocated to that course by selecting "Assign Credits" from the Admin Dashboard. The number of credits available is listed in green. If the number is 0 or negative, you will not be able to assign credits until you allocate additional credits from your credit pool to the course as described above.

Once the necessary number of credits is verified, select the course from the "Courses" tab. Then select the "Managers" tab along the top of the course page. Find the manager you wish to give credits to and use the three dots to the right of their name to assign them credits.

To meet the rising demand for eLearning course materials, SCORM was developed in the late 1990s as a standard eLearning courseware file format by Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL).

SCORM has been a leading e-learning standard that provides detailed specifications for integrating online training, allowing organizations to convert existing courses into industry-standard web-based content packages, making them available “over the wire” and delivering them efficiently from any learning management system provider supports SCORM.

SCORM is a fully compliant SCORM 1.2 product, meaning it includes complete SCO functionality, including administrative capabilities such as Check-In/Check-Out, SCO data tracking and storage, SCO event reporting, SCO course completion reporting, SCORM 1.2 SCO status queries, SCORM 2004 SCOs, semantic versions 3 and 4 SCOs, SCORM 2004 results extraction (reporting), SCORM 2004 result storage (reporting), SCORM 2004 action/result input parameters (reporting) and more SCORM SCO capabilities.

SCORM also provides a standard eLearning courseware file format, which allows for interoperability between systems and easy courseware creation and publishing. SCORN adheres to SCORM specification 1.2 and SCORM 2004 specifications and SCORM semantic versions 3 and 4. This makes SCORM an excellent choice for any learning management system that is SCORM compatible.

We are growing, and the name should match the work.

We started as DrugTestingCourses.com, then became WorkTraining.com, and we are now becoming LearnLaws.com. As our course catalog and subscriber base have grown, we need a brand that better reflects our purpose: helping employers, trainers, and learners understand the law and stay compliant.

We will continue to focus on courses for drug and alcohol testing, driver safety training, and the drug testing industry. That core work is not going away.

Same ownership. Same management. Same team.

This move also lets us put more advanced AI superintelligence into our system so we can better support our customers and their learners. You will see a new website that is more intuitive and helps you find what you need faster. The backend stays the same at first and will improve significantly over the next several months.

This change will not affect how we operate. You do not need to take any action. Your login stays the same. Use the same email and password you already use. Your account, certificates, and courses will move with us over the next 45 days. You do not need to create a new account.

What is changing with EaslerLMS pricing?

  • We will continue to offer course-based pricing. That option comes first and stays in place, and we are not increasing pricing.
  • We are also streamlining EaslerLMS to one platform plan at $2,000 per month and removing the other two subscription tiers. All current subscribers will be grandfathered.
  • The $2,000/month platform plan is best for employers that need a learning management system and employee management tools, as well as law firms, compliance companies, and independent trainers ready to offer, manage, and resell professional training.

Thank you for your support. You helped us grow from a focused drug testing training business into a broader training platform, and your support allows us to keep adding more courses and better tools for you and your learners.

We are grateful to have you with us as we take this next step.
