Our Story

Learning should be easier.

How we began

Our story begins in 2012, when entrepreneur James T. White and former high school teacher Andrew David Easler, Esq. started a Live Scan fingerprinting business that grew into pre-employment background checks and drug testing. As the drug testing side expanded, they needed reliable collectors, but no clear training standard existed. Drawing on Andrew’s teaching background, he built their first training program.

As the course was refined through real-world use in the drug testing industry, other businesses began requesting the courseware. What started as an internal solution soon grew beyond their own operations.

The name Easler began as Andrew’s last name. From the start, it also stood for something more: Easier Learning. That’s how the company began.

Where we've been

What started as a drug and alcohol testing training business became Easler Education in 2015, also known as DrugTestingCoruses.com. In 2017, Andrew started law school, and the business helped pay his way. We welcomed our first outside trainer in 2018. Frustrated with the arbitrary rules and administrative burden of the third-party platforms we were using, we decided to build our own. We launched EaslerLMS in 2019.

In 2021, Andrew graduated from Florida A&M University College of Law, was admitted to the Florida Bar, founded Easler Law PLLC, and we launched WorkTraining.com, and was admitted to practice in the District of Columbia (2022) and Alaska (2025), and then earned his Caribbean Legal Education Certificate from Eugene Dupuch Law School in the Bahamas (2025).

Where we are

On October 15, 2026, WorkTraining.com became part of Learn Laws®. The new name reflects what we've become, a source of legal and compliance training people can trust. Our platform pairs AI with the judgment of attorneys and subject matter experts, so our Attorney Trusted® courses stay current. Professionals, employers, trainers, and governments use it to learn the rules and show they take compliance seriously.

Where we're going

We're just getting started. What began as one course built to a higher standard is growing into the leading platform for practical legal and regulatory education. We're using AI to make training smarter, faster, and more personal, while our attorneys make sure every lesson stays Attorney Trusted®.

We're building tools that give employers and learners clear answers in real time and keep them current as rules change. We're also expanding beyond the United States, so organizations around the world can rely on the same accurate, up-to-date compliance education.

Our mission remains the same as it was on day one: to make laws and regulations easier to understand and more practical to apply.
